PE Fitness

In this class will be actively participating in a proper Stretch Routine to prevent injury. Basic fundamentals for each activity including Sports. Students need space to move around for activity. Water bottles needed.

Class Experience

We will have FUN! Learning how to be flexible through Stretching, Yoga positions, Exercises, Agility, Balance, Recreation activities, and basic fundamentals of Sport.
Week 1  Jump Rope Workout
Week 2  Exercise workout
Week 3  Hula Hoop Workout
Week 4  Flex/Stretch Yoga
This class will repeat above lessons as an Ongoing Class, Every 3 weeks. This will be a fun way to workout and develop, and tone students muscles. 
Learning a proper Stretch and Flex helps prevent muscle injuries as well as developing your muscles.
This class is an active student participation class.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to have a Healthy Lifestyle through learning Stretch's, Exercise, Recreational activity, and endurance with proper running drills.   
Proper Stretch and flex will be taught to strengthen muscle and prevent injury, benefitting the body and developing muscles.
All activity can be done without equipment but students should have comfortable workout clothes and comfortable running shoes.
Students should also have a space to be able to move around, and a water bottle for breaks.

Parental Guidance
Students will be actively participating in this class so they should have comfortable workout clothes (i.e. shorts, T Shirt) and comfortable athletic shoes. Students need to be in a open space to move during class activities. If they are outside they will need a towel or mat for Stretching. Students need to have a water bottle for breaks during class.

I have taught Physical Education in the Private School Sector for 45 years and currently teaching at St Joseph School in Hawthorne, California where I am also the Boys/Girls Athletic Director. Classes are very basic and safety is number one concern for students. All teachers in My organization are certified and very well qualified with teaching/coaching experience.
