Class Experience

Get ready for a high-energy Paw Patrol Dance and Exercise class inspired by your favorite rescue pups! This lively workout is perfect for kids who love to get moving and dancing, just like the brave pups of Adventure Bay. Each week is packed with creative dance moves, playful exercises, and Paw Patrol-themed games that will keep your little ones active, socializing with friends, and having a Paw-some time!

🐾Paw Patrol-Inspired Theme: Dance and exercise based on the most adventurous and heroic moments from Paw Patrol. Video clips from the show help build the storyline for each class, and kids love seeing and hearing their favorite Paw Patrol characters!

🐾Imaginative Play: Engage in creative activities that bring the world of Paw Patrol to life through movement and imagination.

🐾Builds Healthy Habits and Fitness: While having a blast, kids will also improve their coordination, strength, balance, and overall fitness.

🐾Positive Environment: Led by our amazing Ready Set Fitness Kids educators, every class fosters a supportive and joyful atmosphere where your child can shine. Expect your little one to receive lots of praise and attention throughout our time together!

🐾Builds Social Skills: Ready Set Fitness Kids classes always leave plenty of room for kiddos to interact with the teacher and classmates! It’s one of the main reasons parents choose our interactive classes over and over again!

Class Structure:
We will spend a few minutes at the start of class saying "hello!" and sharing. Next, we will warm-up to the Paw Patrol theme song. We will then jump right into our workout for the week, setting the stage with a theme/show video clip (see possible themes below). We will adventure through class with lots of movement, sharing, games, and of course music and dancing to our favorite songs!

Themes:
Classes will based on learner input of their favorite Paw Patrol adventures/episodes and requested songs!

🐾Adventure Bay Action: Jump into outdoor-themed movements inspired by the pups’ adventures around Adventure Bay. Climb like Rocky, swim like Zuma, and zoom like Chase!

🐾Pup-Tastic Teamwork: Focus on exercises that build teamwork and cooperation, just like the Paw Patrol pups on their rescue missions. Kids can work together to complete fun challenges.

🐾Rescue Ready: Emulate the rescue missions with heroic moves. Fly like Skye, dig like Rubble, and race to the rescue with Marshall!

🐾Beach Patrol Boogie: Inspired by Zuma’s beach rescues, this theme features water-themed exercises like swimming motions, sandy stretches, and playful waves!

🐾Paw-some Heroes: In this special lesson, we'll honor the real-life heroes in our community—like firefighters, police officers, doctors, and teachers—through fun, movement-based activities.

🐾Jungle Safari: Explore the jungle like Tracker with animal-inspired exercises. Swing like a monkey, stomp like an elephant, and prowl like a jaguar!

🐾Pup Pup Boogie Party: Have a blast with dancing and playful exercises based on the popular "Pup Pup Boogie" dance from the show.

🐾Paw Patrol Sports Day: Take part in a fun, sports-themed workout with exercises inspired by the pups' favorite sports, like soccer, basketball, and relay races.

🐾Super Pup Training: Train like the Super Pups with high-energy exercises and superhero-themed activities. Fly high, run fast, and save the day!

🐾Winter Rescue: Bundle up for a winter-themed workout inspired by Everest and her snowy rescues. Slide like a sled, shovel snow, and make snow angels!

Whether your child is a seasoned Paw Patrol fan or new to the show, this class is a Paw-tastic way to stay active, make new friends, and enjoy some Paw Patrol-inspired fun. Let’s dance, play, and exercise our way through the world of Paw Patrol together! 🐾🎉
