Hello wonderful artists! Today we will learn about different patterns and how to apply them to mittens. We will go over what a pattern is and how many different ways we can draw them. We will focus on geometric shapes that will be useful in all of your drawings. After we fill in the mittens with patterns, we will cut them out and tape string to the back of them. This will make it more playful and realistic. This is the perfect class for early learners because we will practice first to build "Cann"fidence.

I have been an art teacher in the public school system for 12 years. Growing up surrounded by art on my many travels, has lead me to obtain a life long passion for "Cann"ecting people to art. I have my BFA in studio art focusing on painting and my professional certification in art k-12. I have been in multiple gallery shows and sell my work around the country.
