In this one time class, students will create Patriotic Pudding Cookies from scratch. We will discuss the "creaming" technique, folding, and the wet and dry method for cookies. These cookies are beautiful, soft, chewy, and just delicious! We will be making cookies from scratch and they will have a moist and chewy texture from the help of a pudding mix. During class we will begin with a short introduction of learners, review materials and ingredients needed, then dive into the recipe! I enjoy...

Parental Guidance may be needed to assist students when necessary. We will be using an electric hand mixer or an electric stand mixer during class. We will also be using a hot oven to bake the cookies.
On a mission to prove kids can cook, and that it's ok to get messy, try hard, and have fun!
