Class Experience

I am graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute in French Cuisine. I am also Owner and Pastry Chef of Gâteaux Maliniak which is a catering company specialized in desserts and wedding cakes. 
A list of ingredients and equipment will be shared to the classroom upon registration.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will need to use either a stand mixer or electric beaters, as well as either microwave or stove top for these recipes.
