I strongly believe that all children are capable of learning when given the proper motivation, environment, and effective instruction. As a teacher and mentor, there are three practices that I stand by activity-based teachings, interactive sessions, and student improvement checks – these are my teaching metrics.
My accomplishments include:
- Ed. D. in Organizational Leadership
- MS in Organizational Leadership
- BS in Business Management
- Certified Staff Development Trainer
- Certified Life Coach

Being a mother, I understand every parent's quest and demand for quality, and all-around supportive education for their children. I am ready to offer my best in coaching your children through a variety of subjects. Those subjects include leadership, business management, study skills, arts, etc. by meticulously incorporating a humorous and informative style of teaching to clasp students' attention and address their social and emotional needs.

To be the best teacher for your student, I know that I must be a lifetime learner, which is why I'm currently studying Early Childhood Education.

Each week the students will be assigned homework. The homework will be clearly outlined and may take between 2- 4 hours to complete. A grading rubric will be attached to assignments as needed.
I will supply a workbook for the students.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
-Discussion Questions
-Final Oral Presentation
-Final Written Report
-Class Participation
-Writing Journal
Grades based on a system of points. Each assignment will be worth a set number of possible points. The number of points the student receives on the assignment depends upon how well the assignment is completed. Each assignment will come with a grading rubric. For example, if an essay is worth 30 points, and the student is successful at most, but no all the require3d elements of the assignment, he or she would receive 27 points. The paper would be marked on 27/30. To figure the letter grade, divide the top number (27) by the bottom number (30) and multiply by 100%. All the result (in this case 90%)
A: 90-100	B: 80-89% C: 70-79% D: 60-69% F: <60%
Grade Assessment:
Final Oral Presentation/Written Report 55%
Quizzes, Discussion Questions 25%
Writing Journal 10%
Class Participation 10%
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
