In this 9-day course, students will learn about and practice the different parts of speech.
Class experience
In this 9-day course, students will learn about and become familiar with the parts of speech. Students will participate in various activities and crafts to enhance and make their learning more meaningful. Some of these crafts and activities include making things like mini books, simple art projects, sorting activities, and word search puzzles. Each day of the class will be focused on a different part of speech. The anticipated schedule of this class is shown below. Week 1: Day 1- Nouns...
Students will improve their understanding of the 9 Parts of Speech through mini lessons, video clips, and art projects.
Homework Offered
There will be no assigned homework. All activities and projects will be completed in class. The only exception to this would be if students do not finish the activity/project in class and you (as the parent) would like them to complete it at home later on.Assessments Offered
