This is an intermediate class for children who have taken my first ongoing course or who have comparable study from another Japanese class. This ongoing course will be created in such a way that you can jump in and out at your own convenience but still be able to learn new Japanese words, phrases, and grammar principles without having to have participated in a previous class. In each 45 minute course, we will learn a Kanji character with proper stroke order, one row of Hiragana or Katakana...
This class is taught in English.
Writing materials will be critical for the character learning section of class. A thick marker on white paper is probably best for learning proper stroke and order, but a pencil or pen on paper is fine as well.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
