Students will learn how to write a descriptive paragraph. This class is designed for elementary students who are just starting out with the writing process. This class allows students to use a topic of their choice to develop a 5 sentence paragraph. Please come prepared with a topic. Topics can include: animals, video games, toys, or anything you find interesting. We will work together to write a paragraph about your topic. Students should have background knowledge with writing sentences and vocabulary. Prior knowledge is helpful, but not necessary as we will work on these skills. Learners will increase their skills in writing, reading, vocabulary, and listening.

Please have multiple sheets of paper, a few pencils (in case they break), and an eraser.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
