Class Experience

US Grade 3 - 4
Beginner Level
🌟 Welcome to English Language Arts: Paragraph Power! 🌟

This relaxed, ongoing writing class teaches paragraph writing skills. Each class session will introduce a different type of paragraph, including:

📢 Persuasive paragraphs
🎨 Descriptive paragraphs
📖 Narrative paragraphs
🛠️ Procedural paragraphs

You are welcome to join the class at any time, and each week stands independently without building on the previous one.

This class works great for homeschoolers or as a supplement for public school learners!

During each session, we'll start with discussions and brainstorming. Then, we'll work on crafting topic sentences and supporting sentences, followed by closing sentences to wrap up our paragraphs. When time permits, we'll also practice editing and proofreading.

Don't worry if you're new to paragraph writing – no prior experience is necessary!

The class will involve short work periods, followed by sharing and instruction. Questions and discussions are always welcome! While participation is encouraged, sharing ideas and writing with the class is entirely optional.

Let's write together and have fun! 🚀
