Description

Class Experience

Learners will improve their knowledge of the planet Mercury
Adding at least 2-3 additional layers of paper maché to the model outside of class to allow for ample drying time between layers. 
Required Materials: 1/4 cup school glue (Elmer’s works best) Tempera paint (white and black to make grey or grey if you can find it) Thick bristle paint brushes (one for each color) Water (Add as needed to glue to achieve desired consistency) Medium size bowl Balloon Newspaper cut into strips (prior to beginning of class) Recommended Materials: Play clothes that can get messy Easy to clean surface to conduct project Paper towels for cleaning up spills
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
