Class Experience
This is a Flex class. There are no live meetings with flex courses. In this four week course students will learn to make four different styles of dog treats. These treats are all different from the dog treats we make in my other Flex dog treat classes. Each week I will post a video of myself making the treat. After I post the video I will ask questions in the classroom and expect students to answer these questions about the treats. Some questions they may be asked are: Did your dog...
I have multiple rescued animals, including 3 dogs. I love making homemade treats for them.
unsweetened applesauce low fat shredded cheddar cheese flour egg peanut butter (can use almond butter if needed)- NO Xylitol it is toxic to dogs apple baking powder dry dog food (can substitute flour if you don't dry feed your dog) carrots plain lowfat yogurt honey oil carob powder baking soda
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students will be using the oven and a blender to make these treats. If they are not familiar with the safety and use of these appliances, please assist them during that portion of the class. Videos are uploaded to you tube, they are set for kids, so there are no ads with the video. They are listed as unlisted so students will only be able to view them with the link listed in the classroom each week.
