Get ready to explore famous cityscapes and the artists who created them! Topics and Themes will be: Week 1: Paul Klee, Cool and Warm Colors Week 2: Marc Chagall, Flying Cityscape Week 3: Georgia O'Keefe, Night Skyline Week 4: Edward Hopper, Nighthawk Week 5: Vincent Van Gogh, Starry Night Week 6: Romare Beardon: Cubist Block Students will learn about a famous artist and their artwork cityscape . We will discuss fun facts and will receive step by step guidance on how to create their own cityscape masterpiece inspired by the artists.
Learning Goals
Students will learn about artists, cityscapes and technical skills, as well as increase their confidence in creating their own art.
