Don't see a time that works for you?
Each week, students will be given a surprise picture to paint during class. For more authenticity, pictures can be printed on water color paper, however this is not required. You are welcome to print on regular copy paper as well. Students will be encouraged to paint the picture and discuss it with their friends. If your child would prefer to use crayons, colored pencils, oil pastels, etc, from time to time, that is acceptable too. While paint makes it a little more fun, I also realize...
Kids will develop: fine motor skills hand eye coordination communication skills social skills.
Students are welcome to print off the surprise picture prior to class. They will need paint, paintbrushes, water, paper towels, clothes they can get paint on, and perhaps something to cover your child's work space/table with.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
