We will explore fish by talking, singing, and painting about them! Ms. Jess will introduce fingerplays and songs about fish. Children are encouraged to participate too. Then Ms. Jess will introduce the painting project. The children will use Legos (Duplo size works best) to paint a fish template. We will discuss the different colors of fish that we have seen before. Each child will be able to choose which color (or colors) they want to paint their fish. At the end of class we will share our painting projects with each other and practice our speaking and listening skills. Please print the fish template (there are 4 options, you can print as many as you choose) before class. Children will need to bring at least 2 Legos (Duplo size works best) and paint (any color(s)) to class.

Please Bring: - at least 2 Legos (Duplo sized legos work best) - fish template (there are 4 choices- please print as many as you would like) - paint for your fish (any color(s))- please put paint in a dish/paper plate - it is helpful to have a wet washcloth or baby wipes nearby to clean fingers
