The purpose for this course will be to teach the student about the P-61 Black Widow aircraft, the historic significance during World War II, facts about the different variants of the aircraft, and how the aircraft was used around the world. The focus will be on the historic facts and scientific innovation about this aircraft and how it served in the war as a nighttime interceptor. To learn both historic and scientific information about the P 61 Back Widow aircraft. This class will delve into the aircraft variants, WWII combat usage, and scientific innovation of the first time used nose mounted radar.
I have over 20 years experience in the Air Force both as an enlisted member and as an officer providing forecast support for aviation assets and personnel protection. I also enjoy teaching about military aircraft and have a vast knowledge base in this topic.
