Younger students will learn all about owls through interactive and creative learning methods. Students will learn about owls, their habitat, eating habits and family life. Students will be quickly learn all about the different types of owls and their amazing abilities! A focus will be on conservation. Students will be delve into video, handouts, creative options and multimedia presentations that are all guided by the teacher. At the end of the class students will learn how to draw a cute owl with a forest theme!
Learning Goals
Students will learn all about owls including the anatomy, feeding, behavior, habitat and penguin family life both in the wild and also in refuges and zoos. Conservation is stressed throughout the course.
