This class is a place for your young explorers to be excited about and talk about the treasures they find outside. Students are encouraged to find something interesting in nature prior to class and then come share about it. Your student might bring a beautiful leaf, rock, seed, flower, stick, or even a critter! Your student could also draw a picture of an interesting cloud, and animal, or a big tree. The options are endless. I will pepper questions and discussion with applicable science,...
Students will engage in the natural world around them and then practice developmentally appropriate public speaking/presenting. We will also focus on listening attentively while other friends are sharing.
Students should get outside to explore and find something interesting or beautiful to bring to class to show the class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
