Description
Class Experience
By the end of class students should understand the difference between planetary rotation and orbiting and will be able to give some facts about each of the eight planets in our Solar System.
Students should bring a small globe if they have one or any type of ball which can be used to simulate a planet in our music and movement portions of the class. They will be moving the ball through the air so it should be small enough to comfortably handle in class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
