Howdy!
I am excited to share my love of all things marine with you! I teach marine biology, marine science, marine engineering, and ocean conservation. I have over 20 years of experience teaching all ages as a marine biologist, professional marine educator, and summer camp director. I have a B.S. in Marine Biology and a Doctor of Education degree (dissertation focus: STEM pathways via informal science). Both degrees are from Texas A&M University. Whoop! I believe in learner-centered teaching methods and hope to instill passion and self-confidence in the subjects I teach.

My daughter and I enjoy trips to the beach and taking surfing lessons. She is already much better than me!
