Original Roblox Club: The World of Doors and Tower Heroes!
In this once weekly, small group class we will get together to play and explore all of the Roblox: Doors games and Tower Heroes in private servers. It's all about making friends, practicing social skills and talking about Roblox.

Each week we'll get together in private Roblox servers. With consensus from the small group, well either start in Doors or Tower Heroes! If we choose to play Doors, we can play the original or explore a whole world of Fan-based games... Doors RP Multiverse, Almost Accurate Doors RP, Doors Race, Doors Morphs, Doors But Bad... So many to choose from. Let's play them all!!! If we choose to go to Tower Heroes, we'll work together as a group. Get ready, set down your towers and let's go defend our map! Tower Heroes is a tower defense game created by Pixel-bit Studio. Elevators lead to maps where players must work together to defeat enemies using heroes. This game is all about strategy and of course teamwork. Together, using our mana, we'll place down and upgrade towers. We'll try to be ready for the final wave! Here comes the boss and it's strong! If we beat it, we'll all gain coins and maybe seasonal currency, or a skin or perhaps even a new tower. Please be sure to have the Roblox app downloaded on your device and an account set up before coming to class.

Parental Guidance Statement: Roblox is a gaming app/website aimed at children. Roblox users download the Roblox app to their computer, game console, phone, or tablet. They then select a Roblox game to play each time they open the app. This class requires an Roblox Account with a gamer tag or username. Starting an account is free and easy to do! Please be advised that learners will be required to share their Roblox Username with the teacher through private message. While in-game, other learners may be able to send and receive friend requests with other children in the class/server. However, Roblox Privacy settings can be adjusted by the parent in order to allow or block friend requests. Please be sure to discuss in-game privacy, online safety and chat/game courtesy with your child before class begins.

Hello and thank you for your interest in my courses. I am Ms. Hodgman, Ms. H otherwise known in-game as MamaLlama. I've been an elementary school educator in NJ for more than 26 years. I hold undergraduate as well as graduate degrees in education and I'm certified in Staff supervision, Reading Recovery and Gifted and Talented. I've taught multiple ages as well as Reading Recovery and Intervention for both reading and math. Since I began teaching Roblox and Among Us classes on Outschool, I have become part of this whole new virtual world, where people can play, interact and socialize. It's a new reality. Through gaming, children can make friends from all over the world, give a virtual gift to a new buddy or help someone through a challenge. I look forward to meeting your children, exploring Roblox and Among Us and helping them practice social skills. Discussion, humor and an element of surprise work wonders in keeping children engaged in meaningful learning.
