Description
Class Experience

Students will need scissors, ruler, markers or colored pencils, square colored or plain paper (approximately 6in x 6in or 8.5 by 8.5). Paper can be cut from standard 8.5 x 11 paper or Origami paper can be purchased at a local craft store or on Amazon (Amazon Basics Origami Paper, Assorted Colors, 200 Sheets for about $7.00). If possible please pre-cut or purchase at least six, 6in x 6in or 8.5in x8.5in squares to be used during class. Size doesn't matter but the paper has to be a square.
Informal
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
A parent may need to be available to assist younger students, students who struggle with following directions, or frustrate easily. Origami can be challenging.
