In this class one-time class, we be introduced to 4 systems for organizing & managing time/tasks/activities: 1. Master Lists 2. Card System 3. Time Blocking 4. Scheduling I will show examples of each style/system. These are paper based systems, but we will discuss how they can be converted to digital format. Learners will be taught: -How to set up each system -Benefits and downfalls of each style. -How each style would work best for their needs. -They will also know how & when it might be a good time to change their time management system, since their lives change too. They will discover there is no one right style for everyone. As a professional designer managing dozens of construction projects at one time or as a homeschool mom trying to balance the demands of education, home life and work, I have spent over a decade researching and trying out these different styles. I understand that being organized does not come naturally to many, but the skills can be learned. You can be productive and happy with how you spend your time.
