In this one-time class, students will explore 4 different systems for organizing their time & tasks to increase their time management skills. These systems will help students increase productivity & confidence in planning their days & help reduce stress.
Class experience
In this class one-time class, we be introduced to 4 systems for organizing & managing time/tasks/activities: 1. Master Lists 2. Card System 3. Time Blocking 4. Scheduling I will show examples of each style/system. These are paper based systems, but we will discuss how they can be converted to digital format.
