Description
Class Experience
By the end of the 5-week class, students will have learned about story arcs, vibrant details, how to flesh out a story and add depth and vibrancy.
Writers are encouraged to keep writing outside of class, but not required to do so.
Paper to write on and to draw on, or computer programs with which the learner is already comfortable.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
A certificate will be given to all who participate in class. If a formal written report is required, please message me during the first week of class.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.

I teach various creative writing classes to middle school and high school students. I am a published author of four books: two for children and two for adults. I hold a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from West Virginia Wesleyan College....
