What's included
1 live meeting
1 in-class hoursClass Experience
In this optional zoom recital, students will play a song that they have learned on their ukulele or piano. l will provide a program ahead of time with the name of the song, the book that the song is in and the student's first name only. Students will be muted until it is their turn to perform. Students can perform either with their camera on or off, preferably with their camera on but focused on their hands and instrument. Students may also use music or play for memory. At the end of the recital, I will perform a song. I listed the class for 1 hour in order to make sure there is time for each student to play their song. However, depending on the number of students and the length of their songs, the recital may be significantly shorter than 1 hour. I personally participated in recitals almost every year that I took piano lessons. It was inspiring as a young student to hear older students. Some years my teachers played a song and that was also very motivating. I will be listing 2 recitals in hopes of finding a time that works for the majority of my students. Students may sign up for 1 or both recitals. Students who play on both recitals will be refunded for 1 recital fee.
