Want to be a Zoo Veterinarian? Learn about the different animals and the medical scenarios you may encounter as a zoo veterinarian. Each week, students will learn about two new zoo animal case studies. These veterinary cases will be randomized and dependent on current veterinary news and practices. We will cover various birds, mammals, and reptiles found in zoos. During the lesson, students will be encouraged to complete the graphic organizers and take notes. These graphic organizers will be posted in the classroom the night before class begins. Please note: The zoo vet cases we learn about in this club are different from the animal scenarios gone over in the "Want to Be a Zoo Veterinarian? Explore a Day in the Life of a Zoo Vet" class.
