Hello- In this weekly ongoing class we will be cooking or baking a savory dish that you will be able to serve your family and friends. I will be cooking right along in the class with your learner. They will be able to see what I’m doing as they are also preparing their dish and ask questions when and as needed. A list of ingredients and supplies needed will be posted in the classroom 3-4 days in advance. Some classes may need some ingredients to be prepped or measured out before class...
I enjoy sharing my love of cooking and encouraging learners as they are preparing their meals. I have taught children of all ages.
Have all ingredients ready at the start of class. Some classes may need to finish baking while off live class. Post pictures of your baked and cooked dishes.
All recipes will be give at end of class, as I like to keep everyone at the same pace. No one to far ahead or to far behind. Supply list for each week will be posted 3-4 days in advance in the classroom tab. 55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Younger learners may need help turning on oven and removing hot pan from their hot oven. We will be using the stove top, please be near by if your learner need help. In some classes will be using a hand held mixer, blender, stovetop and/or microwave. On occasion we may use a knife, please be available for younger learners if they need your help. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me and I’ll suggest something in place of it.
