Class Experience

Interested in focusing on your anime drawing skills through Studio Ghibli? Want an ongoing art class where you have input on what you will be working on? Want to learn how to draw male vs. female, angles, hairstyles and more? This class is designed for you! This class focuses on drawing popular characters from Studio Ghibli.

In this ongoing course, students focus on how to draw a Studio Ghibli character. This is broken down into different categories such as a particular character, a certain angle, a certain body pose and more! Students will leave this class feeling confident that they can create their own character independently. Students should expect to draw multiple sketches within a session. If we are working on full figure; we will most likely spend the full class time on that one character.

This class is designed for the Studio Ghibli fan who wants to take their drawings to the next level. Art experience is not necessary but helpful. Please note that this class can be considered a fast pace class. We work together step-by-step as a class.

The itinerary starts on week 1 and the cycle repeats. This is an ongoing schedule that will continue to repeat. No class drawing will be repeated. If your child has drawn Totoro, the next drawing of Totoro in the next cycle will be a different pose. Please look at the full itinerary and take a closer look just below:
