Ongoing Snowy's Kindergarten Readiness and Private Tutoring

This class is a private class to get your student ready for kindergarten.  I will be using a variety of methods to introduce or strengthen concepts needed for kindergarten readiness.  The first class is an assessment I use to see the child's academic strengths and weaknesses.  I will use this assessment to create curriculum specifically for what each child needs to get ready for kindergarten.  For beginning learners, the focus will be on letter recognition and phonics.  I also incorporate colors, shapes and numbers as well. For advanced learners who are confident, we work on the next level of preparing for kindergarten which is reading and early math.  I believe each child is different and learns in different ways.  I believe in positive reinforcement and lots of fun.  I will be using visual aids as well as games to keep your child interested.  I have my snowman friend Snowy who helps us have a fun time learning. Snowy's mailbox is always a great tool I use to keep the children engaged. 
This class is also great for current kindergarten students who need extra help.
