Class Experience
Is your student struggling with Pre-Algebra? This ongoing tutoring class is designed to help and support learners with their mastery of the Pre-Algebra Standards. Each session will be tailored to the students that are enrolled (maximum of 4 students per session). Students will have the chance to submit problems they would like explained during class and each week we will discuss a Pre-Algebra topic that pertains to the curriculum. I am a retired math teacher with over 20 years experience teaching math.
Homework and practice problems may be given if needed.
Paper, pencil, crayons or colored pencils. I will also send worksheets and other materials out to students as needed. A headset or headphones with microphone (earbuds also work) helps to cut down on background noise and makes it easier for students to participate in class discussions.
45 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
