Description

Class Experience

This is a 1-on-1 tutoring class that caters to a student's specific needs.

Please message me if you would like a specific time or date. I am an English/reading teacher (3-12)  and have certifications in math, TESOL, and special education, so I am happy to work with all students. After booking a class, please specify what your student struggles with (i.e. figurative language, argumentative writing, adding, etc..) Thank you for considering me to be your child's tutor.

Students will improve their reading and/or math skills by addressing areas of weakness and receiving individual instruction on these areas.

I am a special education teacher with and English/Reading and math degree. I am patient and kind. I want to help students be proficient readers, thinkers, and writers (while having fun!)

Homework is optional. Just ask if you would like practice work.

A whiteboard and marker is handy. See classroom prior to class for printouts

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
