Class Experience
In this one on one Spanish and study skills tutoring course, I will work with students on concepts they are studying in their current Spanish class, or review what they’ve already learned to prepare them for the next level of Spanish they will take. The course is set up as a "One Time" course, but can be taken multiple times per week or month. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish. I taught Spanish at a traditional public middle school for 11 years and at a traditional public high school for 3 years. Currently, I am the administrative supervisor and instructional leader of the World Languages Department at a traditional public high school. I was a private Spanish tutor for many years before my daughter was born and loved working with student's one on one! I also have experience teaching all core content areas at the elementary level in a traditional school classroom, as well as in a bilingual classroom.
