Individualized 1-on-1 private piano lessons, tailored to the learner's interests and goals! All learners welcome, from beginner to advanced.
Class experience
Private piano lessons will be delivered based on the learner’s possible past music experience, preferred learning style, interests and goals. Over the course of ongoing lessons, a variety of musical topics will be covered including: * Technique (such as proper hand positioning, warm up scales/chords, performance strategies) * Songs from a variety of musical styles (such as classical music, contemporary, popular, etc) * Theory (note naming, rhythm, reinforcing what is learnt in songs, etc)...
This class is taught in English.
Homework Offered
The amount of practicing will vary depending on the level of the learner, and will be decided upon the first lesson. Beginners should prepare to spend approximately 15-20 minutes, 3-5 days a week at their piano.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class

-Piano or keyboard. (If possible, set up camera so both the piano keys and learner can be seen) -Music Books, including a lesson book and a theory book. Approximately $20 USD (Contact teacher prior to lesson to determine which book series to order online.) -Paper, pencil, eraser. Colors, markers, or highlighters can come in handy!
