Class experience
This class is an informative and super engaging course focused on ensuring each student meets their full potential. There is no need to have any previous martial arts experience, as I am here to guide you every step of the way! I am a second-degree black belt (with 22 years of experience) and an Ontario-certified teacher. I combine my educational knowledge from the karate dojo, soccer field (yes, I was a soccer coach, as well!), university, and the classroom, in order to bring every student...
Let's learn karate together! In this ongoing course, we will learn the foundations of karate and self-defence in a fun-filled learning environment.
Please ensure that students have comfortable clothing on, room to move around and jump, and water nearby! Students are encouraged to stretch beforehand. We will most definitely be stretching in class, as well! Thank you!
