Class Experience

Students will improve on various English skills including grammar, writing, and reading comprehension.
I am an experienced English teacher who can provide exceptional and personalized instruction based on the needs of every learner. I have experience teaching and tutoring English for all age groups. In addition, I am TESOL certified so that I can provide quality ESL instruction to English Language Learners.
The student should continue to practice what they learned in the lesson.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The teacher will provide informal assessments throughout the class. A written report will be provided at the parent's request.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parents will be asked to provide learning goals that they would like their child to meet. These can include improving grammar or writing. These can also include receiving regular help with school assignments.
The teacher will use outside resources from NewsELA, Readworks, or other online reading sites. The learner may provide materials if they have more specific requests.
