We’re proud to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where every learner can thrive. That’s why we have a strict NO BULLYING policy—we believe every child deserves to feel respected, heard, and supported in our classes. Here’s how we gently and effectively handle behavior concerns: Verbal Warning: If a student needs a reminder about our classroom expectations, we’ll start with a kind and respectful verbal warning to help guide them back on track. Break Room Chat: If the behavior continues, the student may be moved to a virtual waiting or break room for a quick one-on-one chat with the teacher. This gives them a chance to reflect, reset, and return ready to learn. Removal from Class: If the behavior doesn’t improve, we may need to remove the student from the class to protect the learning environment for everyone. Please note that no refunds will be given in this situation. At Miss Brandy’s, we believe in growth, second chances, and helping learners make better choices. With your support, we can keep our classes safe, fun, and full of positivity!
