Class Experience

-Students will learn Mindfulness, breathing and meditation techniques. 
-Students will experience and feel the benefits of the practice 
-Students will develop techniques to help their self regulation 
-Students will learn and develop techniques to be focused
I am a certified Mindfulness Instructor and a Life and Leadership Coach with a masters in Neuropsychology. I have experienced the benefits of Mindfulness and meditation myself and in my clients, and I love sharing it along with my students. 
To re do the practice whenever you feel is needed. (Optional) 
- Quiet space to do the practice free of distractions - Yoga mat, blanket or towel (Optional/Not Required) -Pen/Pencil and paper
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
