Class Experience

Welcome level 2 gymnasts! Are you ready to learn some new skills? If you have mastered your cartwheel and can push up to a bridge, then you are ready for this class.  We will be working on level 2 skills including handstands, round-offs, bridge kickovers, bridge stand-ups, handstands, and more.  Each class will begin with a warm-up and stretching. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

For your child’s safety, please make sure they take these precautions: 
1. Space- Participate in an open space that is free from obstacles. 
2. Exercise mat- For level 2 gymnastics skills, students will need an exercise mat. 
3. Clothing: Students should dress comfortably and participate with bare feet. 
4. Drink: Please provide water for your child.
