Mrs. B has been a teacher for almost 20 years. She has taught high school learners for 10 years and is passionate to include diverse learners in her classes. As a special education teacher, she has worked with many neurodiverse students and those with physical differences. As a mom of an autistic tween, she is particularly interested in helping students develop important, independent life skills such as advocacy, cooking, managing household tasks, and navigating school and the world in general. Mrs. B grew up in a family of chefs and helped with her parents' catering business for many years. She continues to cook for her family, friends, and coworkers and loves to pass on her knowledge to others.
