This class will get your child moving, and is designed for those fast movers with high energy! Dancers will learn basic hip-hop choreography and techniques. The upbeat music allows for more cardio based movements. For the weeks of March 22-April 19 the classes will focus on balance. For the weeks of April 26-May 24th the classes will focus on strength. For the weeks of May 31st- June 28th the classes will focus on creativity. The themes after those dates will be updated once it gets closer...
- water bottle - gym shoes
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please make sure your child is dressed in comfortable clothes they can move in, and gym shoes. Have a water bottle ready as I will give a “water break” in the middle of class. Also, create a designated space for the child to move safely and freely (move couches, tables, etc out of the way)
