If a student has any injuries or past injuries that are concerning please let me know as soon as possible.

Even though the student won't need much open space please have at least enough space to place a mat/blanket that a student can lay their whole body on. Bare feet are encouraged. If a student wants to wear socks that is fine.

A glass of water nearby is always encouraged.
1) Mat or blanket if you are on a hard floor.
2) Comfortable clothing. If possible, please where tighter fitting clothing so I can see the line of the student.
3) Water
4) A pillow (couch pillows are great) or yoga blocks for your comfort if you need it.
5) If a student has any injuries or past injuries that are concerning please let me know as soon as possible.
