In this weekly ongoing class we will bake a different sweet dessert each week. We will also decorate our pastry’s, with some basic and advance decoration depending on the dessert. We will be baking cookies, brownies, muffins, fudge, mini pies, dessert pizza, cupcakes, buttercream icing and so much more. Have all ingredients ready at the start of class. Some classes may need to finish baking while off live class. Post pictures of your baked and cooked dishes.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Younger learners may need help turning on oven and removing hot pan from their hot oven. In some classes will be using a hand held mixer, blender, stovetop and/or microwave. On occasion we may use a knife, please be available for younger learners if they need your help. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me and I’ll suggest something in place of it.
