If your student has never crochet before, this Beginning Crochet Class is the perfect place to start! Students will learn how to hold the hook and yarn and start a project. Students will also learn the basic crochet stitches, abbreviations, and begin reading patterns. Topics will be based on student's ability. Some students will need more weeks on the beginning topics. I like to keep my classes small so I can give as much individual attention and feedback as I can. Since my classes are limited to 4 students, I'm able to make sure the faster learners continue to progress while the new students can still jump in from the begging and learn. Students will learn how to hold the hook and yarn, start a project, the basic crochet stitches, abbreviations, and begin reading patterns.
