Average rating:5.0Number of reviews:(63)
In one week campers go from zero to hero learning basic ukulele chords and at least one song! We will go at flexible pace to match the learners as they learn to play ukulele in a week. No prior knowledge is needed. #creative

Class experience

Beginner Level
How to play at least 3 basic chords
What the parts of a ukulele are
How to read chord charts
How to draw chords
What a strum pattern is and how to play it
How to play one song (of the class' choosing)
Homework Offered
Homework will always be to review. Since we have days between class I suggest they run through the chords on off days. Music is very often a "use it or lose it" situation.

Assessments Offered
Learners and parents will get a clear report of what skills the student mastered, what was difficult for them, and (if applicable) what the class didn't get to.
Grades Offered
 2 files available upon enrollment
A ukulele (I will be teaching chords for the concert or soprano uke) A tuner. This can be a free app on a phone, I use UkeTune which I have linked as a resource. A notebook and pen to write chords down and learn to draw chord charts
