***PLEASE CHECK THE MEETING DATES as some of the section may be split into two weeks..*** What will be taught? The basics of Japanese writing, pronunciation, self-introduction, numbers, and family members. There will be many online studying materials as well as hardcopy materials for each day of class. How is your class structured? The class will be on zoom. Interactive class activity will also be conducted within zoom for checking student understanding throughout the class. How will you teach? I will teach the class through Zoom, sharing power point slides with many illustrations for better understanding. What's your teaching style? I believe students, especially younger ones, learn better and retain more information when they are having fun. I like to teach students while making the learning process fun for them, as well as for myself. How much will learners get to interact with you and each other (mention specifics like: lecture, games, slides, video clips, discussion)? Students will get to share their motivation for learning Japanese with the class and myself in the beginning in either speaking to the class, or in the discussion. Students will get to play an interactive class activity based on what they learned throughout the class via Zoom. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Recommended classes after this Camp 01 One Week Intro to Japanese Camp 02 (5 day lessons in a week) https://outschool.com/classes/one-week-intro-to-japanese-camp-02-5uLnD7Mj?refuid=8rjyKxuq Beginner Japanese Level 1 (Once a Week/on-going/semester-long or year-long) https://outschool.com/classes/beginner-japanese-level-1-once-a-week-AkHib3Sj?refuid=8rjyKxuq Beginner Japanese Level 1 (Twice a Week/semester-long or year-long) https://outschool.com/classes/beginner-japanese-level-1-twice-a-week-uYKjITlU?refuid=8rjyKxuq Beginner Japanese Level 1 (Once a Week/semester-long or year-long) https://outschool.com/classes/beginner-japanese-level-1-once-a-week-0k0eC4bB?refuid=8rjyKxuq ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Any required experience or knowledge learners need?
