Description
Class Experience
Students will learn *correct piano technique *the names of the notes on the piano *how to read rhythms and notes on the musical staff *coordination between left and right hands *simple songs that will build a foundation for more advanced pieces
Students will need to practice between each lesson for the most success. In the beginning, they do not need to practice more than 15 minutes a day 3 times a week. Practice requirements may increase as they advance.
Students will need *a piano or electric keyboard *Accelerated Piano Adventures Lesson Book 1-this book is available via amazon or digital copies can be purchased via Ibooks, Googlebooks, and Kindle
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
