Although a veterinarian by training and professional practice, I have spent the last few years at home providing coaching support for my own three children, all of whom have been diagnosed with ADHD. Because of this experience, I obtained my ADHD coaching certification. I have witnessed firsthand the impact that coaching has had on my children’s sense of wellbeing and overall success in school, sports, and social situations. In addition to being an ADHD, Aspergers, and Executive Functions Coach, I am the online ADHD Instructor on the Faculty of Continuing Education at Ashton College. In my personal and professional experience, I have discovered that I am a creative and out-of-the-box thinker that fuses scientific logic with empathy and compassion. I am an avid learner and intuitive listener with a lifelong passion for sharing my insights. I embrace the belief that there are multiple solutions to every challenge and that each person’s ADHD is unique, requiring a multi-modal, strength-based approach.
Students will have certain goals that they will define and work on until the next session.
