Class Experience
This is a one-time with an experienced English as a Second Language teacher. This will be individualized based on students' English levels, including new English vocabulary and practice speaking. I will use slides, teacher-made games, and conversation in a comfortable environment. Half of the session will cover new Tier 1 vocabulary, and the other half will practice new words and use supported conversation. Learners will interact with me for the entire class session and get instant feedback...
Students will learn new Tier 1 vocabulary, play games and practice speaking in a 1:1 environment.
I have a teaching credential, CTEL, and seven years of experience as a one-on-one in-person English Language homeschool teacher, plus California classrooms with English Learners embedded in my classrooms.
Teacher-created pre-assessments.
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
