Description

Class Experience

Students will learn how to solve one step equations in this class.  The teacher will explain the point of solving and the vocabulary around solving equations.  Students will then work through solving one step equations using a fun rhyme created by the teacher.  Students will leave class with a firm foundation in solving one step equations.  This is an introductory class.  If your child has been exposed to pre-Algebra, this class will be too easy.

Students should come to class with paper and pencil or a mini whiteboard and expo markers

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
