This class student will be learning motor skills, Cognitive skills, spatial awareness. Week one: Dec 1 Stretch, Workout Week two: Dec 8 Stretch, Workout Week three: Dec 15 Stretch, Workout Week Four: Dec 22 Stretch, Workout Week Five: Dec 29 Stretch, Workout Students each week will do a 30 minute workout and proper stretch routine. In this Class students will participate in a active moving activity doing different types of Stretch, Exercise skills. Each week we will do a thirty minute workout session that will get student's moving. Workouts can be fun and will help your body develop and stay in shape. Each class will begin with a proper stretch routine for relaxed muscles to perform your Workout. Students will get water breaks during rest periods of class.
I have 45 years teaching Physical Education and Coaching Experience from Elementary to the High School level. BS Degree in Physical Education and a certified Strength/Conditioning Coach.
Students will not be assigned any homework for this class
Equipment not required for this class, but we will be having Jump Rope, Hula Hoop Workouts. Students who do not have equipment can use their imagination and "air Jump Rope/Hula Hoop"
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
We will Progress amount of time on each drill and How many Repetitions we do as weeks Progress.
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Students will be actively participating. Water breaks will be given. Equipment used but not required: Jump Rope Cones Hula Hoop
